Common Questions

How do I sign in?

Family Cat Asthma Tracker uses Sign in with Apple. Tap "Continue with Apple" on the welcome screen and authenticate with your Apple ID. If you chose "Hide My Email," a private relay address is created automatically — no action needed on your part.

How do I invite a family member?

  1. Open Settings in the App
  2. Find your Invite Code in the Family section
  3. Share the code with your family member
  4. They enter the code when setting up their account

How do I grant temporary access to a pet sitter?

  1. Open Settings > Guest Access
  2. Create a temporary access code with an optional expiration date
  3. Share the code with your pet sitter
  4. You can revoke access at any time from the same screen

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open Settings in the App
  2. Navigate to the Account section
  3. Follow the account deletion steps

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Family members will lose access to shared data attributed to your account, and past data cannot be downloaded after deletion.

My notifications aren't working

  1. Make sure notifications are enabled in Settings > Notification Settings
  2. Check that your iOS notification permissions are enabled: Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Cat Asthma Tracker and ensure "Allow Notifications" is on
  3. Check that Quiet Hours aren't active during the times you expect notifications

The App is showing an error or not loading data

  1. Check your internet connection — the App requires an active connection to sync data
  2. Force-close the App and reopen it
  3. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store
  4. If the issue persists, contact us at the email above with a description of the problem
