Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Family Cat Asthma Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Family Cat Asthma Tracker is a pet medication tracking and health logging application. It allows individuals and families to:

• Track pet medication schedules and administration
• Log respiratory rates, weight, and asthma episodes
• Coordinate caregiving across family members and pet sitters
• Receive medication reminders and low-supply alerts

Account & Authentication

• You must sign in using Apple's Sign in with Apple service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You may only maintain one account per Apple ID
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Family Groups & Shared Access

• Family owners and caregivers can invite others to their family group using an invite code
• You are responsible for sharing invite codes only with trusted individuals
• Temporary pet sitter access can be granted with time-limited codes
• Family owners and caregivers have the ability to manage family membership
• Data entered by any family member is visible to all members of the group

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to store or transmit content unrelated to pet health management
• Share temporary access codes publicly or with unauthorized individuals

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DavidPM, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Please note:

• Family members will lose access to shared data attributed to your account
• Past activity data cannot be downloaded after account deletion
• If you are the family owner, remaining members may lose access to the family group entirely
• Anonymized dose log entries may be retained for the family's medication history continuity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for any missed doses, incorrect medication tracking, or health outcomes related to use of the App
• In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DavidPM, LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
